The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) was established in 2004 by leading global electronics companies with the goal of creating a comprehensive standard system for supply chain management in the electronics industry. This framework covers five core areas: labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and management systems, aiming to promote sustainable development in the global electronics supply chain. To date, the RBA has brought together over 230 member companies, with thousands of tier-one suppliers adhering to its code of conduct. More than 3.5 million workers across 120 countries are directly involved in the production of goods for RBA member companies.
